In 1997, Silent Way recorded a series of live shows produced by and starring Ian Brennan at the BrainWash Cafe in San Francisco. Tracks from these recordings were released on "Ian Brennan presents SF Unscrubbed: Live from the Laundromat."
In 2005, Ian Produced a studio album project for Ramblin' Jack Elliott, and hired Tony Brooke to engineer the sessions. The album "I Stand Alone" was nominated for a Grammy award for Best Traditional Folk Album.
