ANybody know how to delete all those anoying email contacts that pop up in my send to field as soon as I start to type a letter? How do I get email contacts out of there. Alot of them are not even contacts in my contact area they are just emails that might have come in or that I sent out once and now the email is in there FOREVER. Help.

I'm on Entourage 2004 (aka version 11) so your menus may vary. But for me,
Entourage--> Preferences--> Mail and News Preferences--> Compose--> "Display a list of recently used addresses..."
I unchecked that box because you're right it's annoying! There's also a button to "clear list".
