Telus LG Reprogramming

i have a telus LG im trying to reprogram

i was wondering how i would clear it out completely i hear they have two chips i no how to clear one but the other one stores all the information and i need to clear it so i can get my stuff loaded on it got a new interface to try out if anyone could give any feed back on this would much appreachiate it thanks :D
