Mixer Details

This is just one of over 75 professional audio mixers covered in The Mixer Output Guide, which describes direct outs, inserts, hidden mods and more. To see the rest, and for definitions, visit The Guide.

Direct Out:
1/4", post-fader, pre-mute (internally switchable to be pre-EQ and/or post-mute)
Insert:
Separate TRS jacks, switchable on/off via "Insert" switch (also internal switch chooses pre/post)
Gain Control of Direct Output:
no
Notes:

The matrix and eight group outs are XLR. See page 34 of the two-part pdf manual (page 31 of the printed manual) for direct out details.

See page 32 of the second part of the pdf manual (page 86 of the printed manual) for internal switch settings to change Direct Out point. There are two "switches or jumpers" on each channel's module which affect the Direct Out. (In another place it is referred to as a "slide switch.") One setting selects either post-fader (default) or pre-EQ. The other setting alters the scene memory function, and selects either pre-ON (default) or post-ON.

Another two settings control the inserts and auxes 1-8 to be either post (default) or pre.
