Rental Application Form

For a decade or so, this page had a simple rental application form for those seeking a place to live. It gave applicants a leg up on the competition by having their app premade. You could just fill in your info and then print it out.

But the net has changed since then, and I now feel uneasy leaving a form online which asks you for such personal and financial info. Rather than risk the form being hijacked or used for any other net nefariousness, I took it down in 2010.

The concept is still a good idea, though. If you're looking for a place to rent, be prepared with all your info in hand.
